Stephen Sheffield recreates the famous photo of the inventor of Polaroid.
I’ve always thought that gallery owner Jason Landry had an uncanny resemblance to Dr. Edwin Land, the inventor of Polaroid film and cameras. When I was invited to be the featured artist in a recent Polaroid-themed show at The Panopticon Gallery here in Boston, I thought it would be a great idea to take a portrait of Jason imitating a famous portrait of Dr. Land.
